Once you sign up with Contender White Collar Boxing, you will receive an 8 week training camp in preparation for your bout.

You will be trained by experienced boxing and fitness coaches and learn various techniques and routines that are commonly used by professional boxers and modern day athletes.

We also have fitness classes and personal training which run hand in hand with our Contender White Collar Boxing Training Camps. Feel good and get into shape with our complete body workouts. We cover all aspects of boxing training including bag work, pad work and combination building.
